He is a Certified Merger & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).  He has retired his CPA, ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) and Certified Exit Planner certificates.\n \nClient and practice specialties include business owner exit and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and business valuations. Allan works with a variety of industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional services, real estate, construction, technology, and retail.\n \nAllan has presented to various associations on the topics of business owner exit strategies, transition strategies, and business valuations.
