He is responsible for the capital formation strategy for Griffin Capital Company investment offerings as well as managing external partner relationships across the family office, multifamily office, Registered Investment Advisor, Wirehouse and Broker-Dealer Channels. He has authored whitepapers on real estate investing and associated financial planning strategies. He has been directly responsible for raising over $2 Billion of investor capital across various real estate strategies and investment structures.\n \nPrior to his current position, Mr. Rosenthal was a standout wholesaler at Griffin Capital Securities, LLC (GCS), serving as a valued partner to financial intermediaries across distribution channels. Before GCS, he worked for KBS Capital Markets Group where he raised capital across a variety of investment offering including both core and opportunistic strategies.
